Cory Heal, MD

Dr. Heal graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in exercise science and went on to receive his M.D. from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed a preliminary medicine internship at Abington Hospital – Jefferson Health in Abington, PA prior to arriving at the University of Arizona. His academic interests include brachytherapy and patient safety and quality.

He is a native Arizonan, and grew up just outside of Phoenix in nearby Mesa, Arizona. Outside of medicine, Dr. Heal enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four rambunctious children.  He explores new places whenever he gets the opportunity. His other interests include cooking, swimming, golfing, and camping.
