Medical Physics Residency Program Associate Director
Y. Cecilia Lee joined the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson in November, 2015. Dr. Lee received her Ph.D. in medical physics from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) in 2010, completed medical physics residency in radiation oncology at University of California Davis Medical Center in 2012 and served as medical physicist and clinical assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at University of Kansas Medical Center until October 2015.
She holds a certification in therapeutic medical physics from the American Board of Radiology, and her research interests have focused on GYN and breast cancer treatments. Dr. Lee has served on the NRG medical physics subcommittee, served as NRG GYN physics liaison and been actively involved in NRG clinical trials as physics co-PI.
